We use organic ingredients in some of our blends, but due to the complex flavours of our blends, we are unable to source all our ingredients as organic. We trade with tea estates based on quality and taste, and we aim to provide the best flavour for our customers!

KAYTEA offers free UK shipping on orders over £15. Standard shipping rates apply for orders below this amount, depending on the weight. Rates will apply at checkout.

We currently only ship within the UK and all orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Generally, you should be able to receive your order within 4-7 working days!
