Ingredients: Apple Pieces, Rosehip, Hibiscus (25%), Orange Peel, Natural Flavouring, Citric Acid, Electrolytes (Magnesium Citrate, Potassium Citrate, Sodium Citrate, Calcium Chloride)

  • Enjoy it Cold

    Infuse tea bag for 1-2 mins with 350-400mL of cold water.

    Stir well. Remove tea bag.

    Add ice and sweeten to taste (if desired).

    Steep 1 tea bag for 1-2 mins with 350-400mL of hot water.

Are your teas organic?

We use organic ingredients in some of our blends, but due to the complex flavours of our blends (some of which have more than 10 ingredients), we are unable to source all our ingredients as organic. We trade with tea estates based on quality and taste, and we aim to provide the best flavour for our customers!

Are your teas Fairtrade or Rainforest Alliance certified?

Some of them are! As an innovator of flavours, we trade our ingredients from all over the world, and all teas can be traced back to source. Our suppliers screen and audit, with thorough documentation of handling processes to ensure food safety and quality. Most of our teas are from Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance, and Ethical Tea Partnership affiliated estates to ensure ethical farming practices and welfare of its employees. Some of the smaller tea estates even have their own CSR initiatives likethis!

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We currently only ship within the UK and all orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Generally, you should be able to receive your order within 4-7 working days!

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

If we haven’t shipped the products then we should be able to change your order. You can contact us at hello@kaytea.co.uk

Can I return my order?

We love our blends and we hope you will too! If you are unhappy with your purchase, just contact us at hello@kaytea.co.uk and we can help you return your products within 30 days of receipt. We are unable to accept “change of mind” returns or exchange on sale items. Please note that we do not cover return postage and packaging costs!
