We use organic ingredients in some of our blends, but due to the complex flavours of our blends (some of which have more than 10 ingredients), we are unable to source all our ingredients as organic. We trade with tea estates based on quality and taste, and we aim to provide the best flavour for our customers!
Some of them are! As an innovator of flavours, we trade our ingredients from all over the world, and all teas can be traced back to source. Our suppliers screen and audit, with thorough documentation of handling processes to ensure food safety and quality. Most of our teas are from Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance, and Ethical Tea Partnership affiliated estates to ensure ethical farming practices and welfare of its employees. Some of the smaller tea estates even have their own CSR initiatives like this!
Yes! All of our teas, matchas, and iced teas are natural with no artificial ingredients. We only use natural flavourings in our more adventurous blends.
We currently only ship within the UK and all orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Generally, you should be able to receive your order within 4-7 working days!

We love our blends and we hope you will too! If you are unhappy with your purchase, just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can help you return your products within 14 days of receipt. We are unable to accept “change of mind” returns or exchange on sale items. Please note that we do not cover return postage and packaging costs!
